Dish with Mish

I consider myself to be a peaceful, honest, loving human being, with a big heart. I love sports, books, music, movies, meditation, arthritis yoga, cooking, writing, taking photographs and last but not least, my puff puff. Most of all, I love my family. I am a mom, daughter, sister, friend and confidant. I am not religious but very spiritual. I am on my journey to enlightenment, which has changed my life in more ways than one. I have been suffering from chronic pain, for many years now. Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia. I have chosen a holistic approach for treatment. My mom has suffered, for over 25 years, with RA and FM. The medications they have put her on, have destroyed her body. Not the way I want to end up in 20 years. My goal is to bring happiness, positivity, laughter and informative information to my peers. The things that I like and dislike will be up for discussion. I want this to be a place where you can come and feel good about what you see and read. If you're having a bad day, I hope my blog will put a smile on your face, ease the pain you may be going through and even learn a thing or two. I look forward to connecting with old friends and making some new ones. We can enjoy each others company, on this long journey we call life. Like I always say, "Have a Groovy day and remember to be kind to one another." PEACE OUT
