No PAIN, Please & Thank you!
I refuse to let the PAIN I’m in today, have an effect on me.
I am determined to make the best out of what this day has to offer.
There is no doubt PAIN changes people. I know first hand that this is true.
However, focusing on all that is Good and Positive in my life and pushing all the Negative vibes and feelings OUT, makes a huge difference.
What helps me do this, are the following three things…

MEDITATION
This is my favorite wall in my office… Where I chant mantras, meditate and do yoga.
The whole feeling in this room, brings me comfort, joy and peace. I am very fortunate to have a huge support system, of friends and family. This is by far the best medicine anyone can ask for. It’s hard to go it alone my friends. If you know anyone who suffers from CHRONIC PAIN, please try to be understanding and helpful in any way possible. I’m sending gentle (((hugs))), to all my friends who suffer in PAIN.
